Approach
Architectural photography is a documentary discipline — the building is the brief. Shoots are planned around the sun: each elevation gets photographed at the hour the light describes it correctly. Verticals are corrected on set with a tilt-shift, not in post. Interior and exterior coverage is structured so the set tells the story of the build. Commissioned by architectural practices and interior designers. Studio is in Bristol; regular practice work in Bath and the Cotswolds. Pairs naturally with the studio's interior photography coverage.
What's included
Pre-shoot site visit (within 30 miles of Bristol), staged shoot schedule planned to light direction, exterior + interior coverage, master files colour-corrected for press, a usage licence covering studio website + social + RIBA / AJ / Dezeen submissions, and high-res files prepared to award-submission specifications.
Press & awards
If the project is being submitted to the RIBA Awards, AJ Architecture Awards, or featured in Dezeen / Wallpaper / Architectural Review, file specs and submission requirements are met by default. Embargoed press deliveries handled on request.

FAQ
How long does an architectural shoot take?
A single small-to-mid scale project (single dwelling, extension, refurbishment) typically takes a full day on site plus a half-day if a second sun direction is required. Larger or multi-building schemes are scoped per brief.
Do you handle the press submission files?
Yes. Files are prepared to RIBA / AJ / Dezeen specifications including TIFF master, sRGB JPEG web, and named according to the publication's requirements. Embargoed delivery handled on request.
Do you photograph for awards juries?
Yes. The set is shot and edited to award-submission standard — clean verticals, no composite skies, no AI fills, no flash artefacts. Awards juries are critical of these things and we shoot to that bar.
