For interior designers.

A working relationship — not a one-shot booking. Press-grade documentation of finished projects, delivered to the file specs that AD, Livingetc, House & Garden, and 91 Magazine actually publish.

Why designers commission Luxhaus

A coherent visual portfolio is the single biggest driver of new design commissions. Houzz proof points and Instagram crops are not enough — magazines and prospects judge a designer's body of work by photography first. The studio shoots interior photography with a press-publication standard as the default brief: composition, restraint, accurate colour, no HDR sandwiches.

How a designer engagement works

A pre-shoot conversation — the brief, the styling pass, the rooms that matter most. Shoots run as a long half-day or a full day on site, available-light driven, styled by the designer (or the studio brings a stylist where the brief requires). Master files land within 10 working days. Embargo on socials until the designer is ready to publish.

Deliverables that match how designers actually use the work

Web-resolution exports sized for Squarespace, Format, and Instagram's 4:5 portrait crop. Print-resolution masters for press submissions. A licence covering the designer's site, social, press, and a covering Houzz / 91 / AD pitch.

Recent work for designers in this region

Coverage spans Bristol, Bath, and the Cotswolds. See the chaptered Sneyd Park whole-house tour or browse the full portfolio for the studio's recent residential work.

FAQ

Can you keep the shoot confidential until our publication date?

Yes. Embargoed delivery is the default for designer commissions where a magazine has a press window. Files are delivered under NDA where the publication requires it, and socials are held back until the designer gives the all-clear.

Do you style the shoot, or does the designer?

Either. Most designers style the rooms themselves — the studio collaborates on the day. Where a separate stylist is needed (props, fresh florals, soft-furnishings staging) it can be coordinated in advance.

What licence do designers receive?

A perpetual licence covering the designer's own website, portfolio, social, press pitches, and editorial features. Onward licences for product manufacturers featured in the room are billed separately.

How quickly will I receive the images?

A web-resolution preview within five working days. Final master files within ten. Rush turnarounds available when a press deadline depends on it.
