Do you stage the property before shooting?
Light staging is included as standard — closing cupboards, hiding cables, tidying surfaces, fluffing cushions. Full styling (props, fresh florals, soft-furnishings restaging) is out of scope but coordinated with a stylist when the listing warrants it.
Do you provide floorplans or Matterport tours?
Stills only — floorplans and Matterport tours are handled by specialist partners and can be booked alongside through the studio's referral network.

Yes. Web-resolution exports are sized to each portal's spec, plus a print-resolution master and the agent's in-house file-naming convention on delivery.
